How do I set when a gallery closes, and remind the couple?
Close a gallery on a day you choose: visitors then see a short note, nothing is deleted, and the couple can be reminded first.
Set the closing day
Open the gallery's Settings › Closing.
Pick Stays open, or 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year from today, or a day under Or pick a date.
The line under it confirms the day, such as Closes on 14 November 2026, in 43 days.
Remind the couple
With a closing day set, tick Remind the couple by email a week and a day before it closes.
It goes to the couple's emails, from Access or from sending them the gallery on Share, with your Closing soon words from Emails.
Reopen a closed gallery
Pick a later day, or Stays open. The gallery opens again at once, at the same link.
Why isn’t it working?
- The reminder box isn't there
- It appears once the gallery has a closing day.
- The couple didn't get a reminder
- Check that the gallery is online, the box is ticked, and the couple's emails are filled in under Access.
