How do I choose the cover and how it looks?

The photo, the cover's style, how dark the photo sits behind the title, the title's letters and size, the date and place, and the point kept in view.

Pick the photo

  1. On the Photos tab, open the photo's ⋯ menu and choose Make cover. The photo is marked Cover.

  2. Until you choose one, the first photo uploaded is the cover.

Pick the style

  1. Open Design › Cover and choose a Style. Each tile shows your photo in that layout.

  2. Under Photo, choose Colour or Black & white.

Darken the photo behind the title

  1. Magazine, Warm and Full set the title on the photo, so they offer Darkening. Slide it from 0 to 80, in steps of 10, until the title reads clearly.

  2. Each starts at its own strength: Magazine 40, Warm 60, Full 50. The choice is saved when the slider rests.

Set the title

  1. Under Title letters, choose As written or Capitals. Until you choose, each style keeps its own: Split, Magazine and Editorial use capitals; Warm, Full and Minimal keep the title as written.

  2. Under Title size, choose Smaller, Standard or Larger.

Show or hide the date and place

  1. Date and place is on by default. Switch it off to take just the date and the place off the cover; the line above the title, the subtitle and (on Magazine and Warm) your studio's name stay.

  2. The date and place themselves are set on the Settings tab, under Details.

Set the focus

  1. Under Focus, click the most important point of the photo, such as the couple's faces.

  2. Phones and wide screens crop the cover differently, and the focus stays in view on both. Check with Computer and Phone in the preview.
