How do my clients download and save their photos?
A ZIP on a computer, straight into the photo library on a phone: what clients see, so you can talk them through it.
On a computer
They click Download at the top of the gallery.
Under What, they choose The whole gallery, the chapter they're looking at, or My favorites.
Under Size, Full size — for prints and albums or 2048 px — for phones and social media, as you allowed.
Download ZIP downloads one ZIP file, with a folder for each chapter.
For one photo, they open it and click Download.
On a phone or tablet
They tap Download, then under Save to your phone's Photos, Get photos 1–10 of … and Save 10 to Photos.
In the menu that opens, they choose “Save Images” on an iPhone or iPad, or their photos app on Android. Photos come in sets of 10, so they carry on with the next set.
For one photo, they open it and tap Save.
